I’m guessing I extra about one/two c much more flour into the dough while I had been kneading it. It rose a bit over the very first increase, I checked it at 30 min looked like it needed extra time. So I went an hour or so and checked yet again. It was evening meal time and appeared like it could use much more time so I Allow it rise for around 2
